OIRSA underscores SELA's work as a strategic ally for agricultural health in the region

The Director of the International Regional Organisation for Plant and Animal Health (OIRSA), Oscar Zelaya, highlighted the work of the Latin American and Caribbean Economic System (SELA), for its contributions as a strategic ally in agricultural health initiatives in the region.

“He congratulated SELA for this meeting and for its important contributions to Latin America and the entire region. It is an honour for us to have signed an agreement with you, which undoubtedly strengthens international ties and consolidates medium- and long-term actions within the framework of this agreement,” Oscar Zelaya, Director of OIRSA, said.

During the XLVIII Regular Meeting of the Latin American Council of SELA, the Director of OIRSA underscored the willingness to continue working with the organisation as a strategic ally to make progress in regional development and integration.
