SELA to deal with internationalization of SMEs in LAC-China seminar
The organization seeks to promote the exchange of views on the challenges and opportunities faced by small and medium-sized enterprises in the region, within the new context of commercial and financial rapprochement with the People´s Republic of China.
The Latin American and Caribbean Economic System (SELA) will participate on Wednesday 30 May in the "Fourth International Seminar Latin America and the Caribbean and China: Conditions and Challenges in the XXI Century", to be held in Mexico City.
The event, organized by the RED ALC-CHINA of the National Autonomous University of Mexico and CAF-development bank of Latin America, will include a session focused on SMEs to be carried out by SELA.
Six renowned experts will lead debates on the relations between Latin America and the Caribbean and China, highlighting the following topics: Analysis of the main features of SMEs in both continents, the role of the State in the promotion of exports and productive chaining of SMEs, successful practices, and potential opportunities in inter-regional cooperation.
