introduction
The Permanent Secretariat of the Latin American and Caribbean Economic System (SELA) and the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD), along with the Superintendency for Control of Market Power of Ecuador (SCPM), are organizing the V Annual Meeting of the Working Group on Trade and Competition of Latin America and the Caribbean (WGTC), scheduled to be held from 2 to 4 December 2015 in the city of Manta, Ecuador.
